Greta is right in many ways, lots of nice words and polished spin, but little immediate action that the young people, indigenous peoples, and the global south are calling for. It was great to hear these voices in the public square myself this afternoon – but I sense that they are not being heard sufficiently at the heart of the powerful elite making gestures at COP26.
