We need to decarbonise now and move away from fossil fuels. This morning had a great meeting about the way five churches from different denominations could achieve that in Bishop Auckland. It is possible now, the conservation and planning restrictions are not the problem, the technology is not the problem, the financing shouldn’t be the problem, the willingness to take bold action now – that is the problem. If we listen to the science, and the young people, maybe we can find that courage to act now.
