At COP26 the nations want to pay the least money possible. But what are the ethics of not properly funding mitigation and adaption, providing money now for damage and loss? The rich nations promised to pay, they haven’t honoured the commitments already made, and costs will keep going up if we don’t fund change now. We can afford it now, in the future the costs may be beyond us.
