Courageous Film

The District team are making a film to capture the prophetic voice of young people from around the District. We would therefore like young people to choose one of the attached prompt questions and record themselves answering it. They can send this as a voice recording or a video, but please note that if they send a video only the audio will be used, and all submissions will be kept anonymous. They will need to send the recording with the relevant permission form to Liddy Buswell

We’re also aware that some people might want to submit a comment without recording it themselves – if this is the case, you can fill in this google form and your comment will be voiced by someone else.

Logo Competition

As we start to plan for Courageous Day 2022, we are excited to announce that the District is holding a competition for young people to design a logo for Courageous Day! Be as creative as you like and think about what being courageous means to you! Please send your completed designs to Liddy Buswell.

The District team will shortlist the designs and the winning design will be voted on at the Courageous Hour on July 4th (see below!).

Courageous Hour • Reflect, Celebrate, Act

Sunday 4th July, 6pm

As a follow-on from Courageous Day we are holding a Courageous Hour on Zoom. This will be a time for children, young people, leaders and parents to reflect on the time since Courageous Day, celebrate what God is doing in our lives, and act on what God is calling us to. There will be an opportunity for 16+ year olds to hear about the Courageous Programme starting in September, and for everyone to vote on the winner of the logo competition. We hope it will be a fruitful and empowering time.

You don’t need to have been to Courageous Day to come along to this event!

Please register for the Courageous Hour through this link

or get in touch with Vanessa as you did for Courageous Day if you prefer
