Sabeel-Kairos: Seeking a just peace for Palestine

Palestine during the Pandemic.
Thursday 25th March 10am British Time.


Three speakers from Palestine each with fifteen minutes to describe what life has been like for them during the Pandemic. There will then be a time of questions and answers.


The Three panel members are:
Deacon Angleena Kaiser. Angleena is a British Mission Partner in the West Bank, a Deacon of the Methodist Conference. She is one of the very few internationals who have remained in Palestine through the Pandemic. She lives in Bethlehem, and will speak from there.

Dr Zoughbi Zoughbi. Zoughbi is founder and a Director of Wi’am Conflict Resolution Centre on the Hebron Road in Bethlehem. He is a prominent Christian Palestinian and an internationally known speaker on Non Violence and the situation in Palestine. He will speak from Bethlehem.


Dr. Bassam Abu Hamad. Dr. Bassam is well known academic person, public health expert in Gaza. He is Regional Director of the organisation Gender & Adolescence Global Evidence , a Director of the Near East Council of Churches in Gaza. He will be speaking from Gaza.


The event will be chaired by John Howard former Mission Partner in Bethlehem.
