Message to the Homemakers

Lynda sent this message to the Homemakers who should have been together last night with Northallerton and Richmond ladies:

Just wanted to send an email to friends from the ladies’ groups in Northallerton, Bishop Auckland and Richmond. I don’t have all addresses so feel free to pass this on to others.

I am sorry we can’t meet as planned this evening as our joint meetings are always lovely times of fun and fellowship, meeting new and ‘old’ friends. However, I am sure we will all hold each other close in love and prayer, whilst looking forward to meeting in person when it is safe to do so.

We are all well and hope you and yours are too. Keith and I feel very blessed as we are having an easier time than many. We are finding plenty to fill our time and enjoy a walk by the beautiful River Ure (in front of our house) most days. Our family are all also well and coping with working from home and home schooling – not always easy but they are managing well. Church-wise, we have a chain of contact and support as well as a weekly service, online or in paper form. And we cherish contact with family and friends via various technologies, especially FaceTime with Jake and Harry.

Keith joins me in sending good wishes and love to you all. We assure you of our prayers in these challenging days.
